The Tidal Waves Wave-A-Thon is an important fundraiser for the swim season. Funds raised support the costs of running our team of this size and help keep registration fees affordable for all families. This year, we’re reimagining it as a team-focused fundraiser, where everyone works together toward shared goals and team prizes.
Wave-A-Thon runs May 18 – June 5, 2026.
How It Works
Swimmers ask family, friends, and neighbors to sponsor them with donors choosing any amount to give. Swimmers will track donations along the way using our fun coloring sheet and share progress on social media. Donations can be made by check (payable to Tidal Waves at BHC) or online via credit card HERE.
As we reach fundraising milestones, the entire team celebrates and earns prizes together, making this a fun, collaborative way to support the season!

The Top 3 Families will each receive a fun prize (like a 4-pack to a Round Rock Express game*) AND get a special shoutout at our final home meet!

Tracking Donations
Each family will receive a fun, interactive coloring sheet to help track progress throughout the Wave-A-Thon. As donations come in, color in your sheet to watch your progress grow!
We encourage families to share updates on social media to celebrate milestones, spread the word and help build momentum for the team. It’s a fun way to stay engaged and see how every contribution adds up.
Payment
Cash or Check Donations
All cash or check donations need to be turned in with a paper tracker form so funds can be allocated to the correct family.
Wave-A-Thon tracker forms and collected money are due no later than June 5, 2026, at practice. Please place each swimmer’s tracker form and money in an envelope labeled with the swimmer(s) full first and last name. Only one tracker is needed per family.
Checks should be made payable to Tidal Waves at BHC.
Online Donations
For online donations, donors must enter the swimmer’s full first and last name during checkout so the donation can be allocated to the correct family.
If your swimmer receives online donations only, a paper tracker form is not required.
Corporate Donations
We accept Dell Match and most other corporate donation match programs for Wave-A-Thon! Please search for us by our name Tidal Waves at BHC or 92-1454365. Those utilizing match programs like this still need to turn in the tracker form and a confirmation page that the match request has been submitted.
